It is also very difficult for older professionals from poorer, powerless communities in india to get any paid work in india, though they are hardworking and skilled, since the rich and powerful communities especially in goa are ruthless in CHEATING, EXPLOITING them

Instead the government agencies especially the security agencies, are ruthless in falsely labelling professionals who have saved some money for their old age, as a security threat without any proof, to put the citizen under surveillance.
